However, it is possible to control diabetics in many cases by following certain rules of living.
What types of diabetics have
There are different types of diabetics. Type 1 diabetics stop producing insulin from the pancreas. From then on glucose starts to accumulate. Scientists have not yet figured out why. However, scientists believe that it may be due to genetic factors. Or it may be that a virus infection in the pancreas destroys the insulin-producing cells. About 10 percent of people with diabetes have type 1 diabetes. The other is type two diabetics. People with type 2 diabetes do not produce enough insulin in their pancreas or their hormones do not work properly. Middle-aged or older people are more likely to develop type 2 diabetes. Even at a young age, those who spend most of their time sitting and working are more likely to develop type 2 diabetes.
However, people in some areas have a higher risk of developing diabetes. The people of South Asia are one of them. Many women can develop diabetes even after having children. Diabetes can occur when their body cannot make the insulin they need for themselves and for their children.
Studies have shown that 6 to 16 percent of pregnant women can be affected by diabetes. Exercising, dieting, or taking insulin can help keep their blood sugar levels under control to prevent them from developing type 2 diabetes.
