This year's Indian Premier League (IPL) started with many grand ceremonies. The IPL was going on even after the Corona situation was over. However, the BCCI was forced to suspend the IPL in the middle of the tournament due to the spread of the virus in the biological protection zone. 

The rest of the postponed IPL will be held in the UAE in September-October, on the eve of the T20 World Cup. The BCCI has already released the game schedule. But there is no international scheduled before the World Cup at the end of Bangladesh's New Zealand series. So Mustafizur Rahman and Shakib Al Hasan will go to play IPL in this free time. Mustafiz and Shakib Al Hasan have written to the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) to play in the second round of the Indian Premier League.

In this context, the chairman of the Bangladesh Cricket Board Akram Khan said, Mustafiz had already given us a letter, Shakib and also gave a letter. They will be informed of the decision on the 1st. And this is a good opportunity for Bangladesh that Bangladeshi players will play in a big tournament like IPL.

He added that if they perform well in the IPL, it will be much better for Bangladesh. Since the World Cup, it is very important for them to perform. The board is positive. That means Shakib and Mustafiz have no problem playing in the IPL.

The second leg of the IPL will start on September 19 at the Dubai International Stadium. Mustafiz has performed well in the first round of IPL but I have not seen any performance from Shakib Al Hasan. I hope the world's best all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan will return in this second round.
