1. Food: A pregnant mother needs a balanced diet, which will ensure that her food deficit is filled and the necessary nutrition. During this time he ate enough fish, meat, eggs, and milk. In addition, seasonal fruits and plenty of vegetables should be eaten. Vegetables and fruits should be bought from the market and soaked in water for 30 minutes to get rid of formalin.
